280 gram bread flour
3 gram (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
170 – 180 gram water
* Dough B
140 gram bread flour
30 gram icing/ granulated sugar (if you prefer a sweet bread, add 40 – 50 g)
2 gram (½ tsp salt)
1.5 gram (½ tsp) instant yeast
80 gram condensed milk
20 gram unsalted butter
1 egg (medium size)
